If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, just return the item in its original condition to Baggino.com for a full refund. There is no restocking fee and there is no penalty. All products should be returned in the original state they were received. Products that have been damaged will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
How to Prepare a Return
Please follow our two step process:
1. Your Return Authorization Code: Please email or call the Customer Service and request for the RMA code for your return package.
2. Package Your Return: Include all original packaging and collateral material. Write your issued RMA code on the outside of the box you are returning.
3. Insure Your Package: Be sure to ship your package insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Baggino.com. Baggino.com will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
